But with a deep understanding of the industry, a commitment to constant evolution, and the support of our peers, we’re confident in the path ahead. Chris Wolfe is the Property Finance expert behind Feasity & has previously been named as one of the “15 Australian Property Experts to Watch” by the Australian Business Journal. With over a decade of experience across Property and Finance and qualifications in both, Chris is an expert in financial modelling, analysing property portfolio and acquisition opportunities, budgeting and cash flow forecasting. Chris has previously held roles with Stockland, Metricon & and for many years was the go-to consultant for many clients in the industry seeking feasibility and development advisory services.
Andrew Wolfe

Andrew comes from a background in industrial design, manufacturing project management and digital product management. Andrew joined as a co-founder, bringing with him his complementary skillset in design, user experience and product delivery.

Justin and Chris are former colleagues, previously occupying research and acquisition roles at one of Australia’s largest property developers. The two reunited with a shared passion to make a positive contributions to the industry by resolving challenges faced by them in their former roles, the businesses they have founded and indeed their industry peers. Justin's background encapsulates the full property lifecycle to varying degrees and includes expertise in property research, acquisitions, urban economics, development advisory and structured property transactions. Bringing with him a solid network across the public and private sector, Justin will take an active role in dispersing Feasity’s joy and benefit to the property development world.
